a few wks ago i applied for my ibanking.
2wks later still havent send mi the ting.
so i called dbs helpline.
den the person ask mi go apply thru atm machine.
ok so i did, they said will send mi aft 4 working days
1 wk later, still no news.
so just nw i call dbs helpline again.
when they verify my address with me, i wan to scream man.
my address with them is my OLD ADDRESS!!
they mus haf sent both parcels to my old address lah!!
move hse 9years liao leh!

den the person ask mi go retrieve frm old address.
or if canot retrieve den haf to ask them to send mi again,
mus pay extra charge.

aft tt, tried to take 168 home.
took 168 to woodlands
journey took arnd 1 hr.
den at wdls wait for 187.
when i reach the 187 stand the bus jus run away.
had so wait damn long for the nx bus.
in the end, i reach hm at arnd 9.15.
i left bedok att 7.15 by bus.
